Academic Year
- Tuition is divided into 10 equal payments, first payment is due July 15th (non-refundable). If we do not receive this payment you are forfeiting your child’s space in the school. The remaining 9 payments are due Sept—May. Due the 1st of each month.
Additional Fee’s
- Annual registration fee = $100.00, due with this registration form
- Late tuition fee—Any tuition paid after the 5th of the month is charged $25.00, after the 10th, an additional $50.00 will be charged.
- Late pick up fee—Pick up times are firm, if you are late to pick up you will be charged $20 per 15 min or fraction thereof.
Other Information
We are unable to accommodate “make-up” days or give credit for absences, even if the school closes due to poor air quality, a natural disaster or a pandemic. We are a small school and must meet many needs.

30-day notice is required to change your student's schedule reduction or to leave the school if it is before 1/31, if you choose to leave the school after 1/31 you will need to pay the remainder of the tuition contract owed through 5/31.
Holidays/School Closures
- We follow the WUSD calendar, with some exceptions (example heavy smoke)
- We are closed, on Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Week, Winter Break, MLK Day, Lincoln Day, Washington’s Day, Spring Break, and Memorial Day.
